Simon worked in various management roles throughout the UK for a number of different IT & Communications companies before setting up the Qnet Group in 1999.

He is qualified in HND Human Resource Management, UCAPD Business Management and many other executive training courses and some of his many achievements are successfully increasing annual sales performances by average 70% over the past 4 years, successfully developing a profit making company and developing new service and product channels for the benefit of all stakeholders. Amongst his interests he lists reading, walking, exercising, personal development and spending quality time with his family.

Paul Jones

Paul has worked for the Qnet group Ltd. for over 8 years now after leaving his old job as a Pet Shop assistant with worries he would become known as a ‘Pet Shop Boy’. As a network specialist he is MCSE, CCNA + CCDA trained and when not connecting one thing to another he enjoys Karaoke, his preferred song of choice being West End Girls.

Gavin Scotchbrook

Gavin has been working for Qnet for 8 years now. He has an ONC in Sciences and his previous jobs include working as a Telecoms Technician and a Lab Technician for the water board and. When not working for Qnet he enjoys getting his hands dirty with a spot of gardening.

Stephen Harrington

Stephen has worked for the Qnet Group Ltd. since 2003. He previously worked in the construction industry as a marketing consultant after graduating from Teesside University with a B.A.(hons) in Marketing. Stephen enjoys sports especially football and is the current top scorer for the company 5-a-side team.

Brian Marley

Brian has worked for Qnet for over 4 years now joining our highly skilled software development team in April 2003. Before joining the Qnet Group he worked as a software developer for DERA while on work placement in the third year of his Bsc(hons) in Computer science from Teesside University. Brian has been involved Qnet’s in Sage 200 installation and financial accreditation and is working towards full sage 200 accreditation. As well as a keen interest in new technology and gadgets he has also been a season ticket holder at Middlesbrough FC for 15 years.

Carolyn Scotchbrook

Carolyn has been working for Qnet since 1999 after previously working for Darlington Borough Council and Barcley Card. Amongst Carolyn’s many qualifications are a BA (hons) in Humanities, Teacher Training 730, Diplomas in Personnel Management and a BTEC in conversion Middle Management. Her vast range of experience covers everything from projects on Health & Safety, Bullying and Stress Management to running NRASWA and OCR qualified courses. In her limited spare time she enjoys watching tennis, completing Sudoku’s and the occasional bottle of wine.

Shaun Doudican

Shaun is a recent addition to the Qnet family joining in early 2007. He came aboard to help update the Click2Qnet after having worked on the Results Plus project for Edexcel. As a graduate of Teesside University he has qualifications and experience in multimedia, web development and strong programming skills. Shaun is a self confessed geek and a film buff in his spare time.
