Who we are & where we are from

Qnet Group Limited was established over eight years ago. In this time we have built up our experience in the delivery of IT & Communications, offering a full range of products, services and solutions to customers.

Our customer base ranges from SME’s to blue chip companies including Virgin Media, NTL and Telewest. From our head office in Stockton and through our sites in Scotland, Manchester Peterborough and Nottingham our customer footprint extends the length and breadth of the UK. This has allowed the business to become financially secure and offer our clients confidence in the fact that we guarantee we can deliver solutions now and in the future.

The company is managed by an energetic young team. Our employees are only hired after strict vetting (including criminal checks and DVLA checks) to ensure our staff creditability and experience. All staff are equipped with the necessary equipment in order to allow them to carry out all required tasks, this coupled with our training and development program allows Qnet to deliver service excellence.

Qnet’s supply chain partners are best in class and they support us in our goal of delivering an excellent service. We have accreditations from organisations such as CITA (Communications Information Technology Association) and BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International) Qnet is also a member of the Telecommunications Ombudsman service ran by OFCOM.

We ensure that all the latest technology is employed to both the operational and business support departments in order to maintain a secure company for all stakeholders. Some of the technologies adopted include tracking systems in our brand new fleet and PDA and laptop devices for communication of information with our remote workers. This allows interaction with our core systems and our customer bespoke systems.
